These Vikan 6777MD Metal Detectable One Piece Mixing Paddles Scrapers can be used as both paddles and scrapers, come without holes and are easily identified by standard metal detection equipment. They are a great alternative to stainless steel.

They are available in a variety of colors, making them perfect for color coded HACCP Programs.
